HOW TO REGISTER

We are so happy that you are interested in joining us for Re-Connection and Renewal this summer! Please see this page for more information about this retreat.

 

Registration for this retreat is a two-step process. First, please fill out the questionnaire below. Then we’ll get back to you within a few days of receiving your responses and let you know how to pay your registration fee.

In the questionnaire, you’ll be able to indicate which of the following two payment options you prefer:

#1 Pay your full registration fee now… check that off your list and no need to think about it later!

#2 Pay a $100 deposit now; the remaining balance is due no later than June 30, 2017. If we receive your balance by May 15, 2017, you’ll get the Early Bird special rate. This option can be helpful if you need a bit more time to gather resources to cover the registration fee but still want to save your spot. We guarantee we’ll hold your space as long as we receive the balance of your payment by June 30. After that, your spot will be given away and the deposit is not refundable.

 You’ll also have the option to pay by check or Paypal/credit card, with the Paypal/credit card option incurring a $25 processing fee. This processing fee only applies one time; if you choose option #2, you’ll only pay the processing fee when you pay the remaining balance, not on the deposit.

  • Shared room, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $325 (per person)
  • Camping, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $305 (per person)
  • *Commuter, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $285 (per person)

REGULAR RATES (when registration fee is received after May 15)

  • Private room (limited availability) includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $455
  • Shared room, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $395 (per person)
  • Camping, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $375 (per person)
  • *Commuter, includes all meals from Thurs dinner through Sunday lunch: $355 (per person)

 

Example: Program tuition ($250) plus shared room (early bird fee of $325) = $575 (per person)

 

This fee is all-inclusive — it covers:

• program tuition and donation to the teachers (Katya and Maia);
• your lodging at High Meadow Farm (unless you choose the *Commuter option, see more below);
• seven (7) incredible meals beginning with Thursday’s dinner and ending with Sunday’s lunch (we’ll pack the lunch if you need to take it on the road);
• access to beautiful High Meadow Farm and the land surrounding it — a rambling, historic New England farmhouse; relaxing hammocks; a meadow with views that never end; trails through old growth forests; and a wonderful nearby lake for swimming.

We highly recommend that you contact these establishments prior to registering for the retreat to ensure they have space available from July 27 – 30, as this is high tourist season in New Hampshire.

Please take a few moments to fill out this questionnaire so that we know what you’d like for accommodations and any other special requests you may have. Please note that we need a completed questionnaire from each person attending the retreat; if you are a couple, each of you must fill it out separately.

We’ll get back to you within a few days of receiving your responses and let you know how to pay your deposit/registration fee. Thank you!

CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS — please read!

If you need to cancel your retreat registration, please do so as early as possible. Late cancellations may make it difficult to give someone else the opportunity to attend.

If you choose payment option #1 — payment in full now — these policies apply:

– Cancellations made by May 15, 2017, will receive a 100% refund, minus a $20 admin fee

– Cancellations made by July 1, 2017, will receive a 50% refund, minus a $20 admin fee

– Cancellations made after July 1, 2017, are non-refundable.

 

If you choose payment option #2 — $100 deposit now, balance later — these policies apply: 

A deposit is required for each person coming to the retreat. If you are a couple, you’ll need to pay $200 for your deposit ($100 for each person).

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat.

• The balance of your registration fee must be received no later than June 30, 2017. If we do not receive your balance by that date, your spot will be released.

Once your full balance is received:

– Cancellations made by July 1, 2017, will receive a 50% refund, minus a $20 admin fee

– Cancellations made after July 1, 2017, are non-refundable.
